It has been a month since our Edinburgh office opened. Edinburgh’s strong economy, access to talent, mature financial services sector and growing reputation as an international tech hub makes the city a good fit for our evidence led and performance focused digital marketing proposition.

In 2018, we made the decision to extend our award winning digital marketing services into Edinburgh and officially opened our doors just over a month ago. Edinburgh’s strong economy, access to talent, mature financial services sector and growing reputation as an international tech hub makes the city a good fit for our evidence lead and performance focused digital marketing proposition.

From a standing start a month ago, Merkle | Periscopix now has a team of 11 in Edinburgh working across sales, search, analytics and media solutions with a mix of of experience, age and gender – this offers a solid foundation to grow further throughout 2019. The team in Edinburgh works as an extension of the London team and an already enviable client list is being serviced from the new office. Some of the team celebrated their one month anniversary this week with a chocolate caterpillar cake in the office followed by overindulging in pizza, burgers, beer and wine at Cold Town House in the Grassmarket.

Tom Byrne, Head of Agency Services at Merkle EMEA said “The meteoric growth of Merkle | Periscopix is testament to our amazing people who work tirelessly to optimise our clients' digital performance. Edinburgh seemed like the perfect place to find more similarly talented people and to deliver our award winning services into the north of the UK and further afield into international markets. We work with commercially minded clients who want to get the best return from their digital activities and because of the profile of the region I’m sure Edinburgh will be another success story”
