Born and Bred on an island in Essex, Owen’s childhood was a mix of beautiful greenery, weekends at Lakeside and being asked if he had ever met Joey Essex.
Owen’s dedication to continuous learning and expanding his knowledge culminated in his decision to study a unique combination of marketing with psychology at the University of Portsmouth.
Apart from academics, Owen has a series of interests, one of which is being extremely fascinated with psychology. He furthers his interest through reading various articles and books and rest assured, he practices what he learns in real life, so you will often find him ‘analysing’ others.
Looking beyond his pursuits in psychoanalysis, Owen is quite the Harry Potter. He joined the Quidditch team at university and secured the position of chaser. This developed his team skills, efficient mind and logical approach to situations.
Owen knows ‘the only way is food’ and you will repeatedly find him snacking on something delicious no matter where he is - literally. Apart from his unparalleled talent sourcing snacks, Owen is pretty handy at accents, able to produce a variety of voices upon request; so don’t be surprised if you see him on Essex’s got talent.
In true Games of Thrones fashion, when ‘winter is coming’ Owen is going - he has a fascination and passion for travelling and you will often find him sailing across oceans. His bucket list includes trekking to Machu Picchu, seeing the Northern Lights and most importantly visiting Harry Potter World in Florida. In his own words, his ideal guests for a dinner party would be Derren Brown, Freddie Mercury and Peter Dinklage. If he was an animal he would be a sea turtle - don’t ask why.
Owen spent a year doing a placement where he undertook a position as a campaign manager; it was from then that he knew PPC was the ‘owenly’ one for him. As expected, with his motivation, determination and impeccable organisation skills, he ultimately achieved his goal by securing a job at Merkle Periscopix.
