“I’m just a normal functioning member of the human race and there’s no way anyone can prove otherwise.”

Mark Corrigan

Dan, despite apparently being a ‘chubby’ kid, defied the odds by fulfilling his sporting ambitions. Not only did he play badminton at county level, Dan was also scouted for Brighton & Hove Albion (his boyhood club) in his teenage years. However, notwithstanding these sporting achievements and his now non-chubby appearance, his sweet tooth remains triumphant to this day.

Being devoted to Brighton & Hove FC is something Dan has described as a ‘rollercoaster of a journey’. Yet, through all the hard times - including watching them in the pouring rain lose to Barnsley on a converted athletics track - his support was repaid when they received Premier League promotion in 2017.

During his studies of International Relations and Politics at Kings College London, he also worked in Parliament offering his support to the Labour party for 2 years. Sticking with his international focus, Dan’s post-Uni employment took him further afield to the State of Palestine. Here he worked under the guidance of Bashar Masri, the founder of Rawabi City in Palestine. Dan believes his love for marketing truly came to fruition after applying himself to this important role. He decided to further his skills in marketing some many months and one revoked visa later, by joining the team here at Merkle | Periscopix. He has never looked back since.
