“Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep.”

Scott Adams

Lottie grew up in Norwich, home to her second favourite river (obviously behind Phoenix), the River Yare (can I get a hell Yare?). Sorry River Wensum, you didn’t make the cut. But you know what they say – you Wensum, you lose some. Her real roots lie, however, in another body of water across the Atlantic, the Great Dismal Swamp (don’t worry, it’s just a name) of North Carolina, where her mother hails from.

Indeed it is safe to say, with this bayouish heritage, there is water in Charlotte’s blood (even more than the 92% water that makes up everyone else’s). Even now she finds herself living on a narrow boat in a canal in East London, surrounded by the faulty toys that her father, a pre-eminent Norfolk toyshop owner, showered on her every Christmas.

Luckily for us, Lottie isn’t quite as mad as this sounds! Studying Economics at Bristol University has in fact given her a very level head, although she does need to exorcise those feelings every now and again with a well placed immersive theatre event. It is this play between the mad and the sane that gives Charlotte her real power as a PPC account manager. Her sane side controls your account day to day and keeps it performing well & on budget, but its the other side of her that can think outside the box and drive your accounts to dizzying new heights.
