“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.”

Virginia Woolf

Amy-Louise is originally from Surrey, but spent the vast majority of her childhood in Jersey, where you could catch her brushing shoulders with other famous Jersey residents such as Nerina Pallot (singer), Graeme Le Saux (footballer) or Francis Joseph Huchet (famous criminal). When she wasn't eating Jersey Royal potatoes until they fell out of her eyeballs, Amy-Louise was undertaking the IB at her school, developing a particular affinity for the written word.

Due to this aforementioned affinity, Amy-Louise decided to study English Literature at Goldsmiths University in London. Her committed life as a bibliophile led to her being on the English Society at uni and generally immersing herself in the works of the Bard himself, leading to a showstopping, tearjerking performance as Desdemona in the English Society's production of Othello (this may or may not be true).

When Amy-Louise isn't optimising your bids to the point of near perfection, you can catch her playing hockey, running or picking her next travel destination.
